Order Processing
Orders typically take 5-10 business days, depending on the season, to process before being shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Free Shipping
We offer free domestic shipping to the lower 48 states for orders over $1,000.00.
Standard Shipping
- Custom-made orders require 5-10 business days to process before shipping.
- All orders are shipped from our Tampa, FL warehouse and may take an additional 1-5 business days for delivery.
- We primarily use FedEx and UPS for shipping, with USPS used for certain areas and PO boxes.
- Shipping rates are based on package weight and destination and can be easily calculated at checkout.

Freight Shipping
For orders over 150 lbs., shipping may be handled by freight carriers. Freight shipments typically take 2-5 business days for delivery after shipping.
International Shipping
- Rates and services vary depending on the package weight & dimension and destination country.
- Once your package leaves the United States, we are not able to control the shipment. For any inquiries, please contact the local shipping company listed in your tracking information.
- It is your responsibility to understand your country’s import restrictions, customs duties, and taxes. We cannot reship or refund orders confiscated by customs.
