Simplify your net setup with our Fiberglass Roller Slider Pulley, designed to make batting cages and divider nets slide smoothly along a tensioned cable or rope. Whether you’re outfitting a home practice area or a full sports facility, this pulley system offers durability, smooth operation, and flexible installation.

The 1-3/4" fiberglass split bracket pulley features a roller that rides on top of a 5/16" rope or cable, reducing friction and allowing your net to glide easily during setup, takedown, or repositioning. The split bracket design lets you quickly clip it into place using spring clips, carabiners, or cable ties—no tools required.

  • Smooth Roller Action – The pulley rides on top of the cable for friction-free sliding of batting cages or divider nets.
  • Split Bracket Design – Allows quick attachment with spring clips, carabiners, or cable ties (based on selected configuration).
  • Built for 5/16” Rope/Cable – Perfect fit for most batting cage and divider net installations.
  • Durable Fiberglass Construction – Weather-resistant and rustproof, ideal for indoor or outdoor use.
  • Optional 7mm Spring Clips – Rust-resistant zinc-plated steel clips (included in select product options only).

Perfect For:

  • Batting Cages (Baseball/Softball) – Slide nets in and out of position quickly and smoothly.
  • Divider Nets in Gyms or Facilities – Flexible, movable netting for multi-use training spaces.
  • Golf, Soccer, or Multi-Sport Netting Systems – Reduce setup time and net friction.
  • Home Garage Overhead Nets or Curtains – Build DIY curtain systems with ease.
Backyard Sports Nets – Get a clean, professional feel at home.

Upgrade your setup with the Fiberglass Roller Slider Pulley system—with or without spring clips—designed for smooth sliding, easy setup, and long-lasting performance.

How to Set Up Your Roller Slider Pulley System

Setting up your batting cage or divider net system is simple with the Fiberglass Roller Slider Pulleys. Just follow these steps to create a smooth-gliding, low-friction net system:

What You’ll Need:

  1. Tensioned cable or 5/16" rope (installed across your space where the net will hang)
  2. Fiberglass Split Bracket Pulleys (included)
  3. Spring Clips / Carabiners / Cable Ties (depending on which option you selected)
  4. Batting cage net or divider net

Step-by-Step Installation:

  1. Install the Overhead Cable or Rope:

    • Stretch a strong, tensioned cable or 5/16” rope tightly across the area where your net will hang (e.g., across a batting cage frame or gym wall).

    • Make sure it's secure and able to support the weight of the net and pulleys.

  2. Position the Pulleys on the Cable or Rope:

    • Place each Fiberglass Pulley roller directly on top of the cable or rope.

    • The pulley wheel should sit and roll on the cable, allowing it to slide smoothly side to side.

  3. Attach the Net to the Pulley Brackets:

    • Use a spring clip (7mm carabiner), zip tie, or rope to connect the top of your net to the split bracket hole on each pulley.

    • For best support and smooth operation, attach one pulley every 2 feet along the top of the net.

  4. Test the Sliding Action:

    • Once the pulleys are in place and the net is attached, slide the net back and forth to ensure smooth movement.

    • Make any adjustments to pulley spacing or net alignment as needed.

  5. Secure the Bottom of the Net (Optional):

    • If your net needs to be tensioned or anchored at the bottom, secure it with ground stakes or weighted anchors.

Pro Tip:

If you're using the Pulley + Spring Clip option, you have everything you need to clip and go. If you purchased the Pulley-Only version, make sure to use your own carabiners or cable ties for attachment.
