Limited Three Year Pro-Rated Warranty

LEE FISHER INTERNATIONAL INC. warrants its net (the products) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three years from the date of purchase.

The obligation of this warranty shall be limited to paying the cost to repair or replace any part of the defective netting during normal use and service for the three year period on the following schedule:

First Year: 99% of the cost to repair or replace the defective netting.
Second Year: 66% of the cost to repair or replace the defective netting.
Third Year: 33% of the cost to repair or replace the defective netting.

This three year limited Warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties, obligations, or liabilities. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE FIVE YEAR DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY. ANY ACTION FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY HERE UNDER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY, MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN A PERIOD OF 2 WEEKS FROM THE DATE THE DEFECT IS DISCOVERED.

No agent, representative, dealer, or employee of Lee Fisher International, Inc. has the authority to increase or alter the obligations of this warranty.

This warranty shall not apply to any "Product" which is found to have been modified, repaired or altered in any way without the express written consent of Lee Fisher International, Inc. This warranty shall not apply to any damage to net panels, caused by falling tree and limbs, high winds, and/or acts of God. This warranty shall not apply to damage from mowers, or other machinery, nor shall this warranty apply to damage caused by acts of vandalism, and improper installation. This warranty is non transferable.

IN NO CASE SHALL LEE FISHER INTERNATIONAL, INC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY. EXPRESSED, OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER. This warranty gives you specific legal right, and you may also have other right that may vary from state to state.

ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO LEE FISHER INTERNATIONAL, INC. at its offices located at 3922 West Osborne Ave, Tampa, FL 33614.
